It offers multiple modes (Auto, cool, dry, etc.) and the option to set occupied and unoccupied Room temperature display, with occupied cooling and heating temperature setpoints. Requires 3 stranded, 22 gauge wire to connect the unit to the controller. 3 terminals are R-Y-B.
